Our Class Policies

At New Trail, we are a community and we want everyone to have a great experience. With that in mind, we’ve implemented the following class policies:

  • Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes ahead of class so you are on your bike or in your spot BEFORE class begins.

  • Please make sure you’re in your assigned spot.

  • If you are late, and you are new, you may not enter after class begins. It’s unsafe to start without a proper setup.

  • If you are late, and you’ve taken class before, you’ll get a 5-minute grace period once per month. If you have already been graced and you arrive late, you’ll forfeit your credit and will not be allowed in. You will have the option to move to the virtual class without penalty.

  • Leave cell phones on silent in cubbies or the lobby. You can ask the front desk to hold your phone if you’re on call and the Studio Coordinator will come get you if you’re needed.

  • Limit talking during class so everyone can stay in their flow state.

  • Please cancel your class if you cannot attend so people on the waitlist can join.

  • Please do not come to class sick. If you are feeling unwell at all we appreciate you keeping your germs at home.

    Membership/Package Policies

  • If you cancel within 8 hours you’ll lose your credit or if you have an unlimited membership, you’ll be charged $5. You can switch to virtual for no charge by emailing info@newtrailcycling.com

  • Not showing up for class results in a loss of your credit or a $15 charge if you’re an unlimited member.

  • Classes can be booked 14 days in advance, members can book 21 days in advance.

  • Unlimited members get 10% off workshops and specialty classes (except fundraisers).
