What to expect when you come to class:

1. Book A Spot

Log into or create an account and select a class from our schedule. Pick your seat and get ready to ride!

2. Before class

Check in at the desk 15 mins ahead, select your size of cycling shoes to borrow for free, and our team will get you set up on the bike!

3. During class

Clip in and have an amazing ride on our state of the art bikes and/or get a killer strength workout tailored to fit your needs all to the beat of the music.

4. At the end

Celebrate a job well done with a cold towel as your coach guides you through a cool down. After rides, you’ll also receive an email with your stats from class.
