New Trail LLC, doing business as New Trail Cycling Studio (hereinafter “NTCS”) seeks to be bring together a community of people who are looking for an inclusive environment to work toward their fitness and wellness goals. We care about your privacy and the Personal Information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes the Personal Information we collect from you and how it may be stored and processed in the United States of America. Our goal is to help explain why we are using and how we are protecting the Personal Information we collect about you, as well as how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Website is operated by NTCS, located in the Commonwealth of Virginia in the United States (“New Trail Cycling Studio,” “NTCS,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). We provide indoor cycling classes and other related fitness programming. We provide these Services both online at https://www.newtrailcycling.com/and in-person at NTCS studios or other facilities or locations.

It solely is your responsibility to make sure your emergency contact agrees to provide us this Personal Information. 

You may also voluntarily sign up to be informed about certain offers or promotions, in which case we may use the Personal Information you provide, such as your contact Personal Information and feedback, to send the Personal Information you requested or fulfill any other purpose for which you have provided such Personal Information. Although our Services include purchasing classes or class packages, such transactions are done through third-party platforms available on our Website. Through these third-party platforms, both NTCS and the third party collect and store your payment information, including your debit or credit card details, billing address, email address, and telephone number.

 

11. Minors and COPPA Compliance

You must be at least 12 years old to participate in the Services. In order to use the Website, you must be at least 13 years old and in order to create an Account, you must be at least 16 years. Regardless, if you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Website, create an Account, or participate in the Services with permission from and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

In cases where you - a parent or guardian - have authorized a minor under 18 to use our Website, you recognize that you are fully responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such minor; (ii) controlling the minor's access to and use of our Website; (iii) the consequences of any misuse by the minor; and (iv) ensuring that you or another parent or guardian signed the minor’s Parent/Legal Guardian Agreement for Class Participation of a Minor (the “Minor Class Waiver”) prior to that minor participating in the Services. You acknowledge that we have no obligation to monitor the content accessible on or through our Website. We do not collect Personal Information from individuals under the age 18 without parental or legal guardian consent, subject to the additional terms discussed herein.

Social Media Activities may include without limitation your name, your user profile, your age, your preferences, choices and viewpoints with regards to the topic or subject matter of the relevant social media page, your photos and other images and your videos.

We retain your Personal Information as long as is commercially reasonable to provide you with our Services or the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may retain your Personal Information for longer periods if we have obtained your consent to use or retain your Personal Information for another or similar purpose.
