Class Descriptions

This 30-minute action-packed interval class focusing on strengthening our core muscles while also performing cardio intervals to keep our heart rates up.

This 45-minute mat class is designed to enhance total body strength and flexibility while improving overall body awareness. This class is suitable for all levels. Expect a balanced blend of strengthening, stretching, and toning movements, emphasizing proper alignment and control.

Short on time? Our Ride30 express class packs the power of our 50-minute ride into just half an hour.

55+ Ride50 is will accommodate all levels of riders with lower RPM and intensity ranges offered. Our playlist for these classes will have a variety of music with a focus on hits from the 70s-90s. All riders are welcome, regardless of their age. Remember it's your ride so you can tailor it to fit your needs!

Cycle + Strength brings together cardio and resistance training for a well-rounded workout. We’ll spend the first half getting your heart rate up on the bike before getting on the mat for strength. Strengthen from head to toe to support you on and off the bike. Tennis shoes strongly suggested for the strength portion.

This total body workout consists of cardio and strength stations so you can work at your own pace. We’ll time each station but you choose your resistance and your effort.

Power Flow a 50-minute all-levels yoga class that combines breath with vinyasa flow movements to build body heat, returning full circle to a relaxed state. The focus is on strength, flexibility, and balance through the continuous sequence of postures. It is great for aiding mental clarity and complements strength training. Blocks and straps are welcome but not necessary.

Total Body Conditioning is a 50-minute off-bike workout to strengthen each of the major muscle groups. We change this format up each week to keep your body guessing. This class is challenging but achievable for all levels.
