Feel good about working out on your own but want some guidance on what to do? Try our workout design session! We'll chat ahead of time about what your goals are, any injuries you may have, what equipment you have and how frequently you plan to use the workout so we can design the right program for you.

Grab your workout buddies and help keep each other on track! Every package starts with an initial assessment and goal setting session. Workouts are tailored to meet the goals and interests of the group.
1 session = $55/per person
5 sessions = $250/per person
10 sessions = $450/per person

With small group training we can offer a much more focused program to help you reach your goals faster. When we start with an assessment and goal setting we can really understand what you’re looking for and need. From there, we tailor each workout to help you reach that goal. In addition, when you do more than one session we can build on your work to further challenge your body and reach your goals.

Yes! We offer all of your regular classes as private sessions. It’s all about you and what you’re interested in!

Yes - the 5 pack must be used in 2 months and the 10 pack must be used in 4 months.

Yes - we can workout indoors, outdoors, or ask about in-home training.

First, our HVAC system is top of the line and pumps fresh air in so we have constantly refreshing air. Our air is refreshed at a rate of 6 minutes for a full exchange. No equipment is shared. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized with hospital grade, CDC recommended and EPA regulated cleaners.
