Partner Yoga Flow
Get a jump on Valentine's Day with a Partner Flow led by Coach Kimberly - no prix fixe reservation required! No experience required, this is the perfect class for couples of all fitness levels. Use your existing membership or credit pack for this event (Guest credits can be purchased if your partner is not yet a New Trail member).

MyIntent Bracelet Workshop
Start the New Year with an inspiring, goal setting workshop, and create your own MyIntent bracelet. Join us on Sunday, January 22 at 11:00 AM for meaningful conversations with our community.
The workshop will be led by Owner, Liz Kamp. Cost is $28 and each participant will leave the workshop with his or her own custom MyIntent bracelet.
90 Minute Ride
Do you really want to push yourself? Then you won’t want to miss the upcoming 90 Minute Ride with Susan. It’ll be a fun-filled ride that will show how far you can go! You will need a special credit in order to take the class that’ll be available soon.
Happy Hour Ride
Join us for the Happiest of Hours (well 50 minutes) as Coach Steph will lead you on a fun filled ride to get your weekend started with a bang! If you can make it, head to Lake Anne Brew House for a social hour after the ride. You won’t want to miss this Happy Hour Ride on the first Friday of November.
Fall Into Fitness
Don’t let your fitness fall when the seasons change. We have a challenge to get you to start Autumn right with a Ride 30 + Strength 30 + Flow 30. More details to come as part of Customer Appreciation Week.

Yoga on the Dock
You’ll want to Namastay in the moment with our Yoga on the Dock with Coach Kim. Push away your case of the Monday’s with a peaceful class outside. Starts at 7pm and mats are available at the studio. More details to follow as part off Customer Appreciation Week.
Popup Indoor Bootcamp w Liz
Make sure to get a good sweat before the weekend starts with our Popup Indoor Bootcamp. Liz will take you through a great workout that’ll help push you but is still for all fitness levels. See you Friday!
First Outdoor Friday Ride w Liz
The First Friday in September is coming up and that means it’s time for some good vibes with an outdoor ride. Enjoy the weather while Liz takes you through a great 30-minute workout. After the class, there will be a social hour at Lake Anne Brew House. You won’t want to miss some biking and brews with the summer ending soon.
Adult + Child Flow
School is starting which means there’s chaos for you and your children. Take a moment to stop everything and do some yoga with Coach Kimberly. You’ll get a good supply of flexible stretches and breathing techniques. Flexibility is also important for kids to develop while they are growing.

Outdoor Bootcamp with Liz
Summer is almost over so make sure you take advantage of Liz’s Outdoor Bootcamp Class every other Sunday. This class is great for all fitness levels while helping you reach your fitness goals. Push the Sunday Scaries away by pushing yourself with a fun workout outside.
Outdoor Ride30 with Kaitlyn
Take advantage of the summer weather while you still can with Kaitlyn’s 30 minute ride outside. You’ll get some great tunes and a great workout with a nice refreshing breeze from Lake Anne cooling you off. See you there!

Empire State Fundraiser Ride and Yoga
Help us fight cancer. This special event is a ride outside for 30 minutes with Coach Liz and 30 minute indoor yoga session with Coach Kim. It costs $40 and the proceeds will go towards cancer research. Have fun and sweat for a great cause!

Pride Happy Hour Ride Benefiting Reston Pride
Everyone is welcome June 3 outdoors for a Pride Happy Hour ride. This 50-minute ride will give us some fun in the sun and proceeds will go to Reston Pride, a local non-profit organization that brings inclusion to Reston through engagement.
